Yes It's Mine LLC focuses on ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. Our extensive inspection process guarantees the highest-level of quality assurance. Each bundle is handled with tender, love and care because protective styles matter most when they are undetectable, exceptional and elegant!
We work diligently to make certain each order meets our customers' exact specifications. However, due to the purity and superb quality of our 100% natural hair we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair is offered in straight, wavy or curly textures and the color variations unless specified, are between natural 1b and 2.
We are available 24 hours via email and our “text message only” line (850-290-3192). All orders received before 3:00 PM CT are processed and shipped the next day. Orders received during the weekend and on holidays are shipped the next business day. Of note, domestic shipping time-frames range from 4-6 business days.
If any product is out of stock or unable to be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Please note, delivery time-frames are estimated and based on the information received from our shipping associates. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Shipping times for orders received on holidays and weekends will vary. If your package is delayed, we are not obligated to reimburse shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
Incorrect or incomplete address information is the key source of shipment delays. Please confirm the correctness of the address information listed on your order at least twice. ALL contact information (address, apartment/condo unit no., phone number, etc.) is required to deliver your package. If an address correction is requested after your package has been processed for shipment, you will be assessed a $10 fee. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an inaccurate or incomplete address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO ABANDONED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS.
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form and supporting documentation. Upon receipt of your order, a customer service representative will contact you with additional details. Please note, international shipments must process through customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary per country. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any additional taxes, fees or duties and establish any required arrangements.
